How do I order?

Start by browsing the products on the site. When you find something you want, message us through Instagram or Telegram with the product name and the option you are interested in. We will confirm availability and next steps directly with you.

How to get an order shipped?

Again, start by browsing the products that are listed on the site. Message us through Instagram or Telegram to verify with us for both our safety. Once verified, place your order with shipping details and we will confirm everything before the transaction. See shipping page for information on processing/shipping.

How do I verify?

Message us on Instagram or Telegram (Telegram preferred) that you want to verify with us. In order to verify, you must send us a video of you: A) Smoking or B) You in your trap while saying our name and the date or writing it down on a piece of paper. Once verified you are clear to order!

What does intown vs shipped mean?

Some products show separate pricing for intown and shipped. Intown pricing refers to local arrangements, while shipped pricing refers to orders that need to be sent out. If you are unsure which applies to you, just ask when you message us. The price you see for a shipped order is the final price, there are zero hidden fees, we do legitimate business.

Are products always in stock?

Flower is pretty much always in stock, but availability can change quickly, especially for featured items or limited products. Anything that says available is available, limited products can sell out in the blink of an eye so always message us to confirm. All items other than flower are rotated and stocked depending on how well you guys take to them!

How do I contact ReapMart?

How fast will I get a response?

Response times can vary depending on many things including time of day, other shoppers, etc. If you do not get a response right away, check back shortly and make sure your message includes the product name and what you are looking for.

Why do some products have multiple price options?

Some listings include multiple amount options, and some may also show different pricing for intown and shipped. This is meant to make the listing as clear as possible so that misunderstandings are minimum. But of course, you are always free to message us with any questions!

Do I check out on the website?

No. ReapMart does not use on-site checkout to avoid the possibility of hackers stealing any of your personal information. The website is a showcase for browsing products, viewing media, and checking pricing before you message us directly. Do not fall for any scams, always verify with us.
